not bad
hard to meet investors
most of the talks were boring. great speakers but the talks didn't go too well.
Great opportunities and very good vibes overall!
First time attending this conference. Great atmosphere, not that many investors
Nice organisation, lot of valueable people. Like other start ups and ideas. Speakers on high level. To might be better: join area of exibition, not split them.
Great line up of speakers but as they join from a backroom and leave via a backroom right away it presents little opportunity to meet them....maybe not a train smash for some but if you like networking makes it hard.
Great conference in a great location.
The acoustics and sound system were very poor in the main hall, so that I struggled to understand what some people were saying. The acoustics at the Happy Hour outside were also terrible, so that we had to shout at each other to be able to hold a conversation. The event format seemed really old-fashioned and lacking opportunities for interaction among the delegates. The joining instructions didn't even have the full address of the venue, or signs outside to show where it was. I walked up and down the street before realising where the event actually was.
It was a great conference with top speakers. Especially Dame Stephanie Shirley, John Collison and Ilyas Khan really stood out. I wish there was more time for networking and at times coffee ran out. The atmosphere was really buzzing and you could tell people loved being there. Which is not the case for many conferences. I will be coming again next year for sure.
Excellent business opportunities!
Really interesting speakers great location
Audio was coupling on the main stage during three consecutive presentations.
I liked the ability to speak to people and learn about their ideas.
Some great startups exhibiting and pitching and some good, if cramped networking. BUT, I would NOT pay for this event again. Just not enough valuable insights and learnings and the sound quality in the main stage was just so poor it's frankly not fit for purpose. On a hot day, you might expect aircon and refreshments but other than an iced water dispenser you had to dive next door. As a paying delegate I was also quite annoyed that I could not get a printed programme; not enough printed!!
It definitely was and I was even given a chance to pitch my startup
Little bit of chaos. but otherwise amazing speakers - great crowd. Thank You
Nice event a must be
Speakers were great however the sound on the main stage wasn't that good. Not enough refreshments for all the attendees. Very few business opportunities, most of the people there were startupists.
Great speakers, great atmosphere
I really have a good time, lot of insights and i njiy being with the people here
An amazing lineup in the legendary venue. Networking opportunities are endless.
Great material and debates!
Really good to learn about the startup panorama. Was expectimg more specific insight.
Great people, nice energy. Would like to see more investors. Great staff
Insufficient firesides for startup recruitment
Make the talks more about the entrepreneurs (and less about the soeakers).
There was not enough lunch for everyone. Didn't see the agenda before hand. Wasn't easy to spot it. Speakers leaving rushed after speaking leaving no chance for interaction.
Great place for meeting other startups and keeping up to date with what's new in the field
It would be good to ensure speakers are aware of nin English participants and try to speak a bit more clearly- or perhaps it was the acustics and echo of the mic. Loved the opening remarks. It was very refreshing to hear that we will make it a better experience if were less self-focused. Good lesson
Missing a networking app. Otherwise, great!
Lots of new interesting startups, well organised, impressive speakers!
Diverse attendees and great speakers
More curated networking opportunities
Must attend event if you want an update on startup world and hear fascinating war stories from great entrepreneurs
Amazing atmosphere. Inspiring. Must attend for every startuper! Coming next year!
The best place to meet new investors, tons of insights
Great speaker willing to give advice
I have given up my day having no time to spare, and it has been absolutely worth it! Startup Grind founder Derek Andersen with his team made incredible job creating event I will not forget. Bar is too high for the next year. Fingers crossed.
Very inspiring conference. See you in 2017!
True bridge of silicon valley and London. Numerous influential figures. Great atmosphere. Loved it.
Interesting experience, met some cool people
Few of the interesting and valuable connections we've made here. Greta young crowd. Amazing venue. Great energy. Just the coffee could be better :-) Apart of that really good event.
Good conference, not as much business opportunities as I thought
I took back home lots of positive ideas to work with
Great speaker but should focus more on advice for startups than the stories of the speakers
