Great speaker line up, interesting up-to-date topics and what a fantastic choice of venue! Engagement is often times an issue not just in the workplace but with Lars with Andy as a chairmen this was one of the most engaging events I ever attended👍 A must attend event for any workspace professional around - am coming back next year for sure!

This event was a tremendous networking and learning opportunity. The quality of the speakers was high, and the audience was highly targeted, informed, and influential.

There were 2 stages on 1 floor. The separation of the sound of both stages was very bad. The acoustic per stage was also bad. What was very disturbing was that the speaker changes were not synchronous from both stages. As a result, you could get rid of one's presentation at the beginning of the other. The main stage was good for for the grand morning openings, but after that this room was too big compared to the number of listeners. In contrast, the 2nd stage was often too small for the number of listeners. I understand the dynamic setting, but in terms of timing and acoustics everything has to be better tuned.

The event was great! Some talk was better than others of course. Nice location, excellent food!

user picture Speaker

Great organization. Great announcers. Some great speech while someothers less effective. It will became an event to be.

user picture Speaker

this event ist really very valuable first to see that the way and direction our company is going is very similar to the way of others in the industry and second because I get information on new aspects, resarch results, tendencies, processes and so on.

user picture Speaker

It was very professional and brought about a mix of professionals which was really great. It wasn’t boring, there was different events to choose from and there was more to than just the summit. The location, Lars and his facilitation, the singer on Thursday, the barista; the flawless AV set up; these little details of hospitality and event management makes the summit memorable. (Apart from the great content of course). Thanks a lot to you and your brilliant team.

user picture Speaker

all in all, this is a great conference. The speaker content, opportunities for networking, etc are excellent. The venue and food situation could be improved. A couple of examples: although the food was good, there was not enough food for the lunch during the workshop. The acoustics were horrific at the open end of the space (for speakers and audience members). Next time, make sure the rooms for presentations are separated with good insulation between the rooms and good absorption within (maybe ask one of the Ecophon people to go along when searching for a venue for next year). Also, charging for a glass of wine/beer at the end of the day 2 just meant many people went next door to the brewery and reduced networking opportunities at the venue.

user picture Speaker

I feel there were too many speakers pushing their products rather than focus on sharing information.

For a speaker it was fairly impossible to speak because of the horrible acoustics. Also there were a few technical issues during my Presentation.

Good value for money and good quality of visitors.

Apart from the technical difficulties in playing ALL presenter videos, the event went smoothly and gave me a lot of insight. I suggest that you star organizing speed meetings during the breaks/lunches to give more value to the partners and also giving more possibilities to delegates to meet partners. Management Events in Finland has this concept well sorted out. You should benchmark. There are apps available for speed meeting bokings.
