Great speaker line up, interesting up-to-date topics and what a fantastic choice of venue! Engagement is often times an issue not just in the workplace but with Lars with Andy as a chairmen this was one of the most engaging events I ever attended👍 A must attend event for any workspace professional around - am coming back next year for sure!

Event was well organized. Speakers were interesting and well - chosen for their expertise on the subject. Moderators were excellent, playing a key role on the energy and dynamics of the program and the participation of the audience.Networking opportunities were great because of a very interesting mixture of people both speakers and audienc of different backgrounds but all focused on the subject of smart workplace design. Technical issues were not existing apart from acoustic discomfort resulted from open and high space without acoustic absobtion and insulation. Food and beverages were ok.Deffinitely I will take part again lokking forward to it! Thank you!

was an excellent conference and we will be happy to join again!

user picture Visitor

Last year it was so much better - this year was huge disappointment. For me it was both a total waste of money and my time.

We are sorry to hear that. Please share with us directly more so we can improve for the next year. SWDS team

user picture Visitor

Highly appriciated insights during a very well organized conference!

user picture Speaker

For a speaker it was fairly impossible to speak because of the horrible acoustics. Also there were a few technical issues during my Presentation.

user picture Speaker

Is was an amazing event. The only things that can be upgrated in my point of view is more healthy and vegetarian food and the small speakers area can be a bit bigger next year and we had some trouble with the tech part of the presentations. Maybe make sure people don't use too big pictures in their presentations, like I did :).

user picture Speaker

Great energetic event. Acoustics and temperature need improvement.

user picture Visitor

Unfortunately I had to choose (a lot :)) between two interesting speakers at the same time. The venue was great, but not equipped for managing the noise.

user picture Speaker

It was very professional and brought about a mix of professionals which was really great. It wasn’t boring, there was different events to choose from and there was more to than just the summit. The location, Lars and his facilitation, the singer on Thursday, the barista; the flawless AV set up; these little details of hospitality and event management makes the summit memorable. (Apart from the great content of course). Thanks a lot to you and your brilliant team.

user picture Visitor

Many great insights and fantastic opportunity to exchange thoughts and to make new business contacts. One little suggesstion for improvement: From a smart workplace design summit I would have expected a little more design / innovative interior at the venue - not just a very plain stage (smaller stage with black curtains and simple white chairs) but maybe some innovation (eg in coopoeration with the experts) that inspires a little more.

user picture Visitor

user picture Visitor

Very well organized, useful insights. Looking forward to visite the next one!

user picture Visitor

Price was a bit steep. Specially if you don't live in Amsterdam. Overall the event was great but for the price is not 100% worth it. I think it's more like 70% worth it.

user picture Visitor

Seriously!!! Out fo this world! Love it love it! First day was so spectacular. Looking forward to the second one! Congratulations

user picture Speaker

Great organization. Great announcers. Some great speech while someothers less effective. It will became an event to be.

user picture Speaker

Some good speakers and useful content shared. Will have to see what the ROI is like over the next few months relating to opportunities that can be attributed to being at the event.

user picture Visitor

Very satisfied!

user picture Visitor

Terrible

user picture Visitor

excellent organization and presentation

user picture Visitor

The event was great! Some talk was better than others of course. Nice location, excellent food!

user picture Speaker

this event ist really very valuable first to see that the way and direction our company is going is very similar to the way of others in the industry and second because I get information on new aspects, resarch results, tendencies, processes and so on.

user picture Visitor

It was a great opportunity to get in touch with new ideas and experiences. I've enjoyed and learned from most of the speeches.

user picture Visitor

Overall it was ok. Space division between 2 streams was not equal and there were never enough places to sit. Acoustics in the building were not good, despite noise cancelling headphones. Timing of events left little breathing room between. Overview in booklet was extremely confusing. Too much product placement, not enough learning - especially from Luctra who was unacceptable in my opinion. Not really good value for money. Some speakers were very good, others were very poor.

user picture Visitor

Overall, a wonderful summit with insightful speakers and great energy! Clearer communication and organization leading up to the event would have been very helpful.

user picture Visitor

Perfect Organisation, thank you for that; inspiring presentations; interesting participants; sometimes very noisy

user picture Speaker

I feel there were too many speakers pushing their products rather than focus on sharing information.

user picture Sponsor/Exhibitor

Very professional event, well organised and a big improvement compared to last edition. Accoustics at the venue could be improved

user picture Speaker

I am so glad to have been part of the SWDS. The team of AKKA Architects and me enjoyed it a lot. Interesting speakers and excellent insight to take back with us. Looking forward to the next edition.

user picture Visitor

Very good event

user picture Speaker

- acoustics were a challenge. - the corporate, sponsored keynotes were not very interesting and felt like a big sales push. nobody in interested in this. - perhaps a dinner for which participants can sign up for would be a good idea.

user picture Speaker

Well organised summit, business opportunities from my stand point were less. It was useful for information gathering.

user picture Visitor

The venue was in principale ok but as there were two presentations going on at the same time sometimes one could not here the anything at the right side. Even thought they had headphones this was not so good and sometimes there were not enough. And the Hotels were to fare away. I would prefere to have the venue in the same Hotel.

user picture Visitor

Few good speakers but most of the presentations were just business opportunities seekers.

user picture Speaker

This event was a tremendous networking and learning opportunity. The quality of the speakers was high, and the audience was highly targeted, informed, and influential.

user picture Sponsor/Exhibitor

Good value for money and good quality of visitors.

user picture Visitor

Event full of inspiring people & presentations. I can only recommend it and I am looking forward to next event 2018.

user picture Visitor

pte event connection not so good event itself ok Good hosts lradimg the days on stage

user picture Visitor

Great planning and venue - could have had more inspirational speakers

user picture Visitor

There were 2 stages on 1 floor. The separation of the sound of both stages was very bad. The acoustic per stage was also bad. What was very disturbing was that the speaker changes were not synchronous from both stages. As a result, you could get rid of one's presentation at the beginning of the other. The main stage was good for for the grand morning openings, but after that this room was too big compared to the number of listeners. In contrast, the 2nd stage was often too small for the number of listeners. I understand the dynamic setting, but in terms of timing and acoustics everything has to be better tuned.

user picture Speaker

all in all, this is a great conference. The speaker content, opportunities for networking, etc are excellent. The venue and food situation could be improved. A couple of examples: although the food was good, there was not enough food for the lunch during the workshop. The acoustics were horrific at the open end of the space (for speakers and audience members). Next time, make sure the rooms for presentations are separated with good insulation between the rooms and good absorption within (maybe ask one of the Ecophon people to go along when searching for a venue for next year). Also, charging for a glass of wine/beer at the end of the day 2 just meant many people went next door to the brewery and reduced networking opportunities at the venue.

user picture Visitor

Great event, good vibe, lot of emotions and inspirations. Wonderfull and well design space. Possibility to meet professionals from all relevant industries. I learn a lot. Well orginize event. Well done Fleming!

user picture Visitor

Great Idea to the pre-event site visit Plantronics

user picture Visitor

See you next year guys! Great job. Wish all events I go to would match this one..keep it up!

user picture Speaker

The talks where all very interesting!

user picture Visitor

1) the acoustic was not good as you could hear a lot of discussion that were held all around the conference places. 2) to bad that various theme were held on the same time so that it was impossible to follow all the important subjects.

Apart from the technical difficulties in playing ALL presenter videos, the event went smoothly and gave me a lot of insight. I suggest that you star organizing speed meetings during the breaks/lunches to give more value to the partners and also giving more possibilities to delegates to meet partners. Management Events in Finland has this concept well sorted out. You should benchmark. There are apps available for speed meeting bokings.

Really enjoyed SWDS16. A mix of excellent participants and great speakers sharing progressive ideas and case studies. Look forward to 2017!
