Overview

Continuing Education Company has been organizing its Primary Care Conference Series for over 28 years. The Medical Updates in Primary Care Conference is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. The emphasis is on practical and useful information for clinical practice. Join us this June or July when we hold the 28th Annual Primary Care Summer Conference. This CME conference will be held at the South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island. Located on a beautiful barrier island surrounded by calm bay waters, pristine white sandy beaches, gentle shores, and world-famous for shelling.

Program Objectives

As a result of this conference, participants will be able to:

  • Assess and provide patients with an accurate diagnosis and optimal care for a broad range of disorders seen in primary care.
  • Utilize current guidelines in the diagnosis and management of commonly encountered therapeutic issues.
  • Formulate comprehensive evidence-based interventions and treatment strategies that will lead to the reduction of modifiable risk factors and improved long term outcomes.

Target Audience

This course is intended for Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and other Health Care Professionals.

I really enjoyed the conference. This was my first I have been an NP for 17 years and this was one of the best I have been too. Thank you.

This conference has been far more useful in my day to day practice and patient population then both my national conference or conference cruises. My CME dollars were so well spent! I will be referencing the meeting guide and my notes to make sure I continue to do what is best for my patients
